WHO I AM- FOX DESIGN STUDIO, HOME DESIGN SPECIALIST.
Wade Fox, a Professional Member of the American Institute of Building Design® & the lead designer of Fox Design Studio has over fifteen years of experience in crafting home plans for natural, energy, efficient homes. I obtain an extensive background in construction from working hands on in every trade. Wade was raised in a home with a great family, all of which are construction professionals. I am a firm believer, that smaller is better, and I design all of my houses to be comfortable and economical. My number one priority is that our clients are happy and safe in their new home.
WHY I DO IT - APPRECIATION FOR WELL DESIGN HOME PLANS.
My passion is Residential Design and home plans. I strive to be great at one, rather than acceptable at many. I focus on good home design, the latest energy efficient construction techniques, building products and design methods. I combine your needs, desires and budget to ensure you have the home you are dreaming of. I use a flat rate fee system based on price per square foot.
HOW I DO IT - SKILL, EXPERIENCE AND LARGE AMOUNTS OF COFFEE...
I use AutoCAD. The industry standard software used by professional home plan designers. AutoCAD is extremely accurate and helps to eliminate mistakes commonly found in hand drawings and other low budget design software. Our office proudly utilizes SketchUp, a planning software which helps clients to visualize their home plans in 3D early in the
planning stages.
MY FOCUS - SUSTAINABLE, ENERGY EFFICIENT, NATURAL HOMES
My energy is channeled on Green, Eco-friendly home design utilizing Alternate energy and sustainable building materials.

There are a lot of people who can run software and draw homes. We thoughtfully design homes. We design for the maximum benefit from the sun, and floor plans that flow. At Fox Design Studio, you work with "the name on the door" and I proudly keep my business small enabling each project to receive the unique attention it deserves. Only a few projects are taken on at one time to allow the service, focus and attention my clients expect. I have many references available ranging from contractors to previous clients and code officials. My business is run on word of mouth and client satisfaction.
